A new subdivision is underway–The Pines at Gahagan in Summerville, South Carolina will be an active adult retirement community with approx. 109 homes. The subdivision is located a few miles from the downtown Summerville area. There will be an amenity center which will feature a pool, recreation room as well as a hair salon. Preconstruction sales began last week and prices begin in the high $200,000 range.
