The annual Harbor Fest has officially made its way to Charleston this weekend. The festivities began tonight, June 25, and will continue through to Monday, June 29.
Hosted by the South Carolina Maritime Foundation, Harbor Fest gives visitors the chance to learn about Charleston’s rich maritime history. A whopping 18 ships will be on display, making this year’s Fest the biggest yet.
Ongoing events will take place all weekend including the new Freedom Village, Harborpalooza, an expanded air show and much more.
Adult tickets are $15 in advance and $20 day of event; ages 6 to 17 are $5 in advance and $10 day of event, 5 years and under are free. Events will take place at the Charleston Maritime Center and Ansonborough Field.
