There will soon be a new subdivision in Mount Pleasant (South Carolina) called Pinckney Place according to the Charleston Regional Daily News. The subdivision will be located on six acres off of Whipple Road (former site of Growing Places nursery) and will consist of approximately thirty new single-family homes. The coordinating developer, SDC Management (subsidiary of The SIM Group), and a local builder (T.A. Holdings) will begin the building process this spring and hope to have lots for home construction delivered by fall. The price and sizes of homes are unknown at this time but to give you an idea of what to expect, I wanted to mention that this developer’s past projects include Hamlin Plantation, Brickyard Plantation, Carolina Park and Daniel’s Orchard.
