Frontier Airlines will fly nonstop next year between Charleston and Chicago and between Charleston and Philadelphia. The airline said in July that it will begin its Charleston service with nonstop flights between Charleston and Denver, launching in February.
The new Charleston flights are part of the Denver-based airline’s expansion into 21 new cities. Frontier currently flies to more than 80 destinations in the United States, Canada, the Dominican Republic and Mexico. Frontier is the seventh airline, and the third low-fare carrier, servicing the Charleston airport.
