Welcome,

Charleston, South Carolina is one of my favorite cities in the United States or Europe. I have been fortunate to have traveled to some pretty amazing places, but Charleston, in my humble opinion, is near the top. Popular travel magazine, Travel and Leisure, recently echoed these thoughts when it named Charleston, SC as the 4th Best City in The USA or Canada

For those of you thinking about moving to Charleston or buying a second home or retiring I strongly encourage you to make at least one trip to our city before you make any decisions to buy anywhere else. Charleston should be on your short-list.

One of the first things most people are drawn to Charleston for, is its Historic District. The area is covered in some of the quaintest architecture of any American city. Homes range from the classic Charleston Single to Greek Revival and everything in between.

Aside from the food and architecture, one of the things you will love about Charleston is its people. Charleston has for over a decade been voted the most friendly city in the USA. I get asked a lot about how folks from other parts of the country are accepted in Charleston? and I always point people to the friendliness award, and tell them to go out into the community for a day and see for themselves how friendly folks truly are. Charleston is a real melting pot of people and backgrounds. I can just about guarantee you will meet nice folks.

Outside of the Historic District of Charleston you can find a burrow to fit most any taste. The upper-end homes are situated on the islands of Sullivan's Island, Isle of Palms, Folly Beach and Daniel Island. More luxury real estate can be found in Mt. Pleasant, SC --- a place, I have been fortunate enough to call home for nearly 20 years.

Some of the other popular areas around the Charleston peninsula are Summerville, North Charleston. James Island, West Ashley and Johns Island. These areas circle the Historic District and offer reasonably priced homes within, at the most, a 30 to 40 minute drive to downtown Charleston and beaches.

As you can probably tell, I love the area, and am happy to share my knowledge of the local real estate market. You can call me today or you can take advantage of our complimentary "Personal Property Assistant" and get home listings emailed to you as soon as they come on the market.

I am here to help and serve y'all -- Warm Regards -- Bob Brennaman Jr.
